Our WellMonitor® ESP gauge is built for extended reliability and ease of service. The tool is sophisticated, yet easy to use and it offers the lowest lifetime ownership cost in the ESP industry. It is the ideal monitoring solution for applications ranging from low cost CBM to high risk performance based contracts.

The gauge is available in a number of different configurations designed to suit our customer’s requirements. The basic tool provides intake pressure and temperature; motor temperature, discharge pressure, discharge temperature, vibration, current leakage, star point voltage, well bore deviation, tool current and tool voltage are available as additional parameters.

Each gauge automatically records its lifetime temperature exposure, enabling our customers to track the temperature history of their gauges and make intelligent decisions about scheduled maintenance, and re-running of gauges resulting in an optimised gauge inventory and reduced capital investment.

In wells with complex geometry, the gauge’s deviation measurement allows customers to carefully select the setting position of their ESP string. Bending moments on the shafts of the ESP string are minimised which will have a positive impact on system run life.

We provide modular surface equipment which is built to meet the specific display, data storage and control requirements of our customers. The range covers fully integrated surface panels through to DIN rail mounted boards for installation inside VSDs and switchboards.

We offer a comprehensive range of ESP completion accessories to complement our gauges including cross-overs, motor adapters, Y points, discharge subs, liner material and sand screens.
