Wellhead, VSD, tank and generator monitoringWe offer a cost effective and reliable solution for integrating wellhead pressure and temperature data, VSD data and generator data with the down-hole data from our ESP and PCP gauges. This allows our customers to monitor and control their complete artificial lift system, plus their power generation system and fuel supply. Our battery powered, explosion proof wireless pressure and temperature sensors are suitable for installation on the wellhead, the flow line upstream or down stream of the choke and also on the casing. The sensors are available in 5k psi or 10k psi ranges and up to 20 of them can communicate in to one wireless gateway which is in turn connected to our RTU (remote terminal unit). To complement our wireless pressure and temperature sensors, we also provide wired wellhead sensors that connect in to our RTU. Most modern VSDs have the capability to report a comprehensive suite of data via a built-in Modbus port. By connecting our RTU to this port, important VSD parameters such as supply current and voltage, output current, voltage and frequency and internal VSD temperature can be monitored and recorded. Our wireless tank level sensor allows our customers to monitor the level of diesel in their generator tank or the level of fluid in their chemical injection tank or storage tank. The data is reported in to the same wireless gateway that communicates to the wellhead pressure and temperature sensors. Modern generators often come with comprehensive monitoring options that provide important performance data such as running hours, oil level and coolant temperature. By connecting our RTU to the Modbus port of the generator monitoring system, we are able to combine this data with the wellhead data, VSD data and down-hole data to provide a comprehensive well monitoring solution. Where generators are not supplied with a monitoring system we can supply a retrofit kit for most applications. Well monitoring can be a quite complex subject. We simplify it by carefully listening to our customers and offering tailored solutions that are explained in a jargon-free but comprehensive manner. We can offer a full range of monitoring solutions covering remote monitoring and control of the artificial lift system to simple local storage and display of all of the data.
